THIS APARTMENT IS IDEALLY LOCATED FOR THE ULTIMATE AUSTIN EXPERIENCE --- ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR!

Our apartment complex is right across Lake Austin from downtown. Lake Austin hike and bike trails are two blocks away, as is Auditorium Shores, where outdoor festivals and concerts are held.

Several bus lines stop right in front of our complex and there are several ways to get to the Law School. There is a flyer route in the mornings and afternoons that will drop you off right in front of the Law Library. Two other buses drop you off two blocks away, and several other routes will get you to the UT campus where you can then walk.

There are free shuttles running all the time that will take you to the heart of downtown, though you can walk in about 15 minutes. Free late night shuttles stop nearby that run until 3 am on the weekends to Sixth Street. You can also easily get to the Warehouse district and the SoCo area. A cab ride home from anywhere downtown will cost you $5 --- including tip. We are right in the middle of everything!

DATES AVAILABLE: August 25, 2005 - January 5, 2006 (but can be flexible depending on your plans)

PRICE:
$2800 for the entire semester including rent, electric, gas, water, basic cable
Add $200 for high speed internet
Add $120 for local telephone
Can look into price if you want expanded cable channels (like HBO, Showtime, etc.)

Please email me if you would like to know more about our place!
